Driving this service will give you the opportunity to blow some dust off the ICE 403's thyristors. Well, in theory - there's always that train centre manager to cope with! Here are some suggested times (as recorded by web•TrainSim when testing): SG Ohligs 0531, Wuppertal 0546 (save - see below), Schwelm 0557, Hagen 0615, Dortmund 0639.

Remember to save your activity, especially before you get to Schwelm. Do it as you leave Wuppertal. The ICE 403 trainset is a highly-detailed model and loads the MSTS graphics that much more. There'll be the usual stuttering around Wuppertal (well, on web•TrainSim's old system there is) and for some reason, the graphics become more intense between W-Langerfeld and Schwelm - this is where web•TrainSim had a crash - so save before 0555.

This activity has been compiled into a zip file with Route Riter so you can see what files you need to install. There's a text (TXT) file included in the zip which lists all the rolling stock used in this activity so browse it to check you've got everything installed. NB: also check you've installed your rolling stock in the same folders as those used by web•TrainSim. Any suggested or necessary changes to rolling stock are mentioned in the Rolling Stock list.

Here are some times that web•TrainSim recorded as he was doing a route familiarisation run: Witten 2050, Hagen 2103, Schwelm 2116, 2127 Wupper, SG-Ohligs 2139, K-Deutz 2203, Koln 2205. You'll probably be earlier than these times but be careful of any yellows - there could be one around the next curve!
